The Digital Camera Lens Guard and Use Extender aka 'picTeur'' carries no warranty
and product liability, express or implied. As indicated in the following broadening
clause from the application filed with the United States Patent Office, the product can
be made of different materials and styles.

The construction details of the embodiments of the digital camera lens guard and
use extender as shown in (figures omitted) are that the embodiments may be made
of metal or of any other sufficiently rigid and strong material such as high-strength
plastic and the like. Further, the various components of the embodiments of the
digital camera lens guard and use extender can be made of different materials from
    different sources, brands, and styles.

Used normally, 'picTeur' is built to withstand moderate to strong stress. The only
possible breakdown of the product is the separation of the adapter rings from the
camera mounting assembly and the main housing assembly. The inconvenience of
putting them together again using industry grade adhesive by the customer is
already discounted in the price of the product.

If we provide the camera and sighting device used with 'picTeur', the camera and
sighting device are not warranted either regardless of their age due to the alteration
of their looks. Their internal workings are not altered in any way.

Customers with their own cameras or sighting devices with which 'picTeur' is used,
must be aware of the warranty provisions of their equipments.

Unless specifically noted, ALUMINUM is the main material of which 'picTeur' is made.
